Carley Sanfilippo Promoted to Sports Agent

April 23rd, 2020

After successfully completing the intensive agent training program at Lammi Sports Management, Carley Sanfilippo has been promoted to a Sports Agent at the Firm. Brian Lammi said, “Women are woefully underrepresented in the sports agent business, and we are proud of Carley succeeding through hard work, an eternally optimistic attitude and a natural ease in building long-term relationships.”

Carley received firsthand experience from industry expert, Brian Lammi, including athlete recruiting, contract negotiations, researching athlete marketing and endorsement deals, and growing athletes’ brands and earning potential via public relations, community service programs, social media, integrated marketing partnerships and mainstream media strategies.  Throughout Carley’s five years of experience in the sports marketing world, she shifted her interest from solely focusing on events to pursuing a career as a sports agent, including signing and representing her own clients.

Her personable and professional attitude have helped her succeed in growing existing client relationships and recruiting new clients to the Lammi Sports team. During the duration of the agent training program she has started charitable foundations, managed client social media platforms, booked various media and event appearances, negotiated contracts, coordinated charity events, managed client Super Bowl and NFL Draft schedules and much more.

Carley joined the Lammi Sports Management team as an intern while finishing her degree at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Business Marketing and Event Planning. Upon graduating, she was hired on with the intention to grow the events division where she now leads the coordination and execution of 20-30 events annually ranging from 15-8,000 guests. She will continue to plan events for Lammi Sports, the Donald Driver Foundation and the Wisconsin Athletic Hall of Fame while also focusing her efforts on singing new clients and growing their marketing and endorsement portfolio.
