Two Weeks Until the Jordy Nelson Softball Game

The Jordy Nelson Charity Softball Game presented by Kwik Trip is less than two weeks away and the teams have started to come together. It will be the offense against the defense when the game starts at 1:00pm on Sunday, June 8 at Fox Cities Stadium.
Players already confirmed to join Nelson on the offensive team areRandall Cobb, Eddie Lacy and Josh Sitton. Tramon Williams andMike Daniels will be among the stars to suit up for the defense.

The 2013 game – hosted by Donald Driver – finished with the defense winning 24-20.
“There has been a lot of trash talking already. Everyone is looking forward to going out there and playing for bragging rights in the locker room; the defense won last year so this year is pretty much a must win for me and the offense,” said Nelson.
“More importantly, we’re all excited to raise money for a great cause in Young Life,” Nelson continued. “My teammates and I always receive such tremendous support from the community. This game is a fun way for us to give back.”
The Jordy Nelson Charity Softball game benefits Young Life, an organization for middle, high school and college students that pairs them with adults focused on the things that matter most to kids – fun, adventure and friendship. Founded in 1941, Young Life has more than 3,000 staff and 30,000 volunteers reaching more than 1,000,000 kids annually.
There are a limited number of $12 general admission grass seats remaining for the game. Fans may order tickets in one of the following ways: Over the phone at 800-WI-TIMBER or (920) 733-4152; in person at the Fox Cities Stadium Box Office; or online at The Timber Rattlers box office is open from 9am until 5pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays.
